Arrive in Style

Each trip includes a 10-minute grace period (unless otherwise specified for trips requiring wait time). After the initial 10 minutes, the trip may be marked as a **No Show**. If our schedule permits additional waiting time, a fee of **$1.00 per minute** will apply, up to a maximum of 30 minutes. If the trip needs to be rescheduled (whether for the same or a different day), an additional pickup fee will be charged.

To cancel a reservation, please call or text us at **619-947-3703** or email **Socal@stsdiego.com**. Cancellations must be made at least **24 hours** before the scheduled pickup to receive a refund of the deposit (minus a processing fee). 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will **forfeit the deposit**. If a cancellation occurs within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup, it will be classified as a **No Show**.

As a small, family-owned business with a limited number of vehicles and drivers, we prioritize your reserved time slot exclusively for you. If you are unable to make your scheduled reservation, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid further issues.

If the trip is not completed as scheduled, it will be considered a **No Show**, and you will be charged for mileage in addition to the applicable pickup fee. This fee is **non-refundable**, without exception.

• - Additional Stop:$25 (first 15 minutes included)  
• - Pickups before 6 A.M.: $30 flat fee  
• - Pickups after 5 P.M.:$30 flat fee  
• - Wait Time:$60 per hour (charged in 15-minute increments)  
• - Additional Passenger: $15 per person (excluding one caregiver)
